ABOUT YIN YOGA

ENERGY FLOW
Yin Yoga targets the deep connective tissues of the body and the fascia that covers the body. Yin Yoga (Daoist Yoga) helps regulate the flow of energy in the body, the Chi Flow.
DEEP RELAXATION
Yin Yoga postures are mainly on the floor and are more passive. You relax in the postures, soften the muscles and move closer to the bone. Yin offers a much deeper access to the body. 
MEDITATIVE AND CALMING
Yin Yoga postures are held for three to five minutes. The time spent in these postures is much like time spent in meditation; it is calming and balancing to the mind and body.

MEET THE INSTRUCTOR

Gabriele McSween
 
Gabriele has operated her own Yin Yoga Studio in Ancaster, Ontario since January 2014. As a Certified Yin Yoga Instructor, and a Registered Social Worker, she has a strong commitment to social justice and expert training in mindfulness and relaxation.

1. Do I need to download the zoom app to join the webinars?
No you don't have to download the zoom app, you can just click on the webinar link, then at the bottom of the page click "join from your browser"

2. How can I watch the webinar on my flat screen TV?
To watch on tv there'll be different options depending on your device and preferences.

3. Do I have to register for each class individually or just once for all classes?
Please register for each class you wish to attend.

4. Does the webinar start right at 7pm? I was there 5 minutes early and couldn’t get in.
The class will open at 7pm. If you are logged in early, you will be placed in a waiting room until the session opens.

5. If I register and pay but then can’t do the class, will I lose the class or can I register again?
